Is the Worst Company Ever and Doesn't Pay Bills

Stolz and Ehre Construction is a horrible company. Let me shed some light on a horrible year of working with them. It all started in May when we received a call on a Saturday begging us to clean on a Sunday for a new construction part of Ri Ra Irish Pub in Portsmouth, NH. Once we told them our rates, they relayed it to the owner Fred Shultz who very unprofessionally said we are "overcharging".. Haha. But it get's better! During the cleaning, a supervisor is upstairs waiting for more supplies to be delivered, AND owner Fred Shultz tells me, "get her and her big sunglasses out of her." Excuse me!? He then RUDELY lectured me, the owner, about how he has some million dollar company (basically patting himself on the back) and I run my business WRONG!

Anyways, they were happy with the results and told us they would pay by credit card right after the cleaning. We made numerous attempts the next few days! They then LIED and said "WE CAN"T PAY YOU until we get paid for the job"!

Stolz and Ehre then LIED and said we signed something about this. And we signed nothing!

Stolz and Ehre only said this after we called 15 times and left a dozen unreturned messages.

NOT ONCE did they return a call!!!

Stolz and Ehre receptionist is also a SCAM. If you call and ask for the owner or bill payer, she will either HANG UP ON YOU or transfer you to a FAKE voicemail.

All in all, do not work with this shady and dishonest company. They will steal your hard earned money or labor.
