I have truly never dealt with a company that is more friendly and helpful over the phone through their customer service helpline. Anytime I have had an inquiry about any sort of return policy or question about a product they are helpful and always leave me feeling helped at the end of the phone call.
Also, after six months of having the tanda skincare system it stopped working. I phoned the tanda company themselves a number of times without any returned phone call. When I called sephora they were willing to let me bring it back and they would give me a full refund or a new product.
I think this is a company that will be around long term due to their excellent customer service and customer relations.
