Judging from most of the reviews here, maybe I was one of the lucky few that got GREAT customer service from Sephora! What had happened was that I had ordered a few items from their website last Friday and they were supposed to arrive on tuesday. Come tuesday, my order had not arrived and whats worse my tracking information said the order had already been delivered. I decided to wait a couple of days before calling UPS with the Thanksgiving holiday and all, but by Saturday (11/27/10) afternoon, my order still had not arrived. I called UPS first and they gave me their standard, not helpful "contact the company" advice. I called Sephora, and a wonderful representative listened to my complaint, was so polite and helpful, and successfully solved my problem. She had my order shipped out again, and it even arrived earlier than the expected date. She even added an extra 100 pts. To my beauty bank for all my trouble! I am one SATISFIED CUSTOMER keep it up Sephora!!!
