Saving my home

I met with mr. George on 12/21/09 because of my home that was in forclosure and he told me he could help me save my home. He requested upfront 3000.00 and personal documents. On 12/22/09 I called and stated no longer to be interested in his services, stated I had cancelled the check, very persistant stated that I should give him a chance. I insisted to only need my documents, he stated I would have them 1/6/10 when they would come back from vacation. I have continously called Mr. George who has hanged up on me, used profaniti, and stated for me not to call again. Please help me in getting my documents back or what can I do from another person beleiving in something like this.
