I have been getting billed $49.95 monthly since October until I saw a pattern in Decembers bank statement that did not make since. I called the bank to find out another had been taken on on 1-5-10. I have requested stop payment on electronic withdrawls and will be filling with the bank to recoop payments made in the last 60 days. The bank gave me the name of the company and a phone number, which the number was invalid, I looked online, still can't contact anyone by phone. I left a message and sent a email to customer service. Meanwhile, while searching online for htem I found this website and was enlightened to the scam. It really bothers me that there are this many reports against this company and no one in IL has done anything. My next step will be to contact the IL attorney general. I don't know which is more upseting, the fact that I lost money to dishonest people or that I am having to spend my valuable time fighting something that should obviously have already been detected and shut down, protecting the public.
