I have an account with G E Money bank set up to make all payments online. I have already made two payments and when I attempted to make the 3rd their online service claimed I wasn't using the same computer and refused to let me on my account. I retyped my account name and password several times with my email painstakingly making sure I wrote it correctly. I then checked my computer's security to see if the info was reset at anytime and it still listed GE Money bank as a one of my recognized billing accounts. It still would not let me on to pay my bill. It just said I have been blocked for 3 hours and to try again later without leaving any customer service number to contact a person. When I found a number after, searching online for it, all the rep said was that "I" was typing in the info wrong and that "I" needed to wait 3 hours and set up a new account. This is not the first time GE Money Bank has done this to me.in three hours I attempted to do as the customer service rep said to do and guess what it says "An account already exists" and I couldn't access it until I logged in using the original info and would need to wait 3 more hours. I called a rep again and she said she couldn't do anything until the NEXT 3 hours was up. So I called again in 3 hours to have her walk me through on her end to PAY MY FREAKING account! And what do you know the same thing happened today as I tried to log on to pay my account! I believe GE Money Bank is trying to discourage me from making a payment on time so they can make money with my late fees and my soon to be accrued interest. This is completely inconvenient way to make a payment! I should NOT have to go through any hoops to make a payment and it is not a result of customer negligence. I have no problem with paying my bills on any other on-line account. I will pay off my GE Money Bank account and NEVER use them again and discourage ANYONE from doing the same!
