DWAYNE EARLY Improper installing of roof

I had a new roof put on by pro-tech metals.inc. Of alabama. Shortly after roof was put on I got a leak over my kitchen. I called my insurance co, to apply for a claim. They went on my roof and took pictures of where the leak was coming from. It was where the pro-tech metals, inc. Did not scew the screws down correctly. They were several screws down at a 90 degree angel and the sealant they used was improperly applied. My insurance company would not pay my claim stating it was the roofing 's co, fault.

I have tried on several occasions to talk to the owner of the co. Which he would never return my phone calls. I've had three local roofing co. Come look at my roof and all told me the same thing that the roof was not installed correctly. I now have have had to pay for the repairs to be done before it got any worst. I want this company to pay for the damage that was caused by this mistake and I want it known NATIONWIDE that this PRO-TECH METALS, INC. Of ALABAMA is a rip - off and does not do a good job ad will not honor their contract. I paid $9,500.00 to these pepole and NO response from them about this problem! Anyone that needs a metal roof do not trust this company.
