Ediza Online, Inc. Took My Money & Ran - Beware As Seen On TV - No Matter How They Call Themselves

I ordered a "Cold Heat Soldering Tool" from this company and waited about 4 weeks as they said there may be a delay. I could not find anyone who would talk to me when I called, I left 3 or 4 messages. After tiring of this, I found an e-mail address which someone finally responded to to only send me the wrong telephone number to contact someone. After 2 more e-mails, they provided a totally different telephone number.

I left one message that they didn't respond to and called a second time and finally got a person who told me they had no idea when the items would be in and when I asked them to refund my money, they told me they'd contact accounting. One week later, no results so I called again and received the same response, they'd contact accounting to refund my money.

My banking institution advised me to send a certified letter demanding payment which I did-the address was wrong that they had listed, so more delays before they received my certified letter and just as I suspected. They did nothing, no answer, no nothing.

They knew what was going on, it was too late anyway for MasterCard to refund my money. 7 months later, still no product, no refund, no apology, they are smiling all the way to the bank.

Beware of them, they are liars and cheats and they could care less about their customers-their actions reveal these facts.
