I recieved a loan from loanpoint.com and their affiliateds, the loan was for 300.00 with a understanding that 390.00 would be paid back in first month of 190.00, next three months 100.00 amonth until paid 390.00 but 180.00 was took on 12/1 and 180.00 was took on 01/1 i call loanpointusa and ask why was so much tooking out and was told that 180.00 would be tooking out until i could pay the hold 300.00 in full, or 50.00 be send by moneygram to centurion in kansas city kansas, and my reference number, with account id and recieved code, fax with a letter saying when i could pay the hold 300.00 in full or i would have to pay 180.00 until i send in the 300.00 that i borrowed which don't make senses because i have already paid 360.00 in the two month that they took the 180.00, and the 50.00 is a good faith payment saying that i will paid another 300.00 in installment payments of 100.00 amonth, now if this is'nt a ripoff i don't know what is, this is what loan companys are doing to people who don't know better! Thank god for ur site and for usacomplaints.com, if we can make people awear of company like this then i'am all in, the loan company say one thing but once u agree to pay what u think ur going to pay they got ur information they do as they please, and u have to close ur account or worse, because if u just report it they can still mess with ur account, and try to collect some money from you through that account!
