Robbed my bank account

I took out a payday loan with LoanpointUSA over the internet. When I startrd my repayments, they autodraft my account for $160 instead of $80. I only borrowed $200.
This has been going on since October. Every week Shannon calls and say i owe them for this week, because I haven't paid. I began to wonder about this, so I began looking over my bank statement. There were charges from Geneva Roth Ventures and LoanpointUSA.
These two are the same company, but operate under two different name. After I talked to Ms Shannon, about the situation, she wanted to explain what happen. I told her that I was doing a police report against them and I was filing a law suit.
Either way you look at it the are robbing people blind.internet friends lets be wise and watch who we are doing business with over the internet.
