Doll Fraud

On 21 Dec 09, a doll arrived that was supposed to be a twin of my granddaughter, but was a duplicate of the catalog doll. It was a dark skinned doll but was not a relative much less a twin of my child. I called the company & they want to charge me $40.00 to return it or pay shipping & insurance both ways. I feel this is wrong as the mistake was theirs, not mine, I sent 6 photos of a child who does not look like the doll on the catalog cover. Even she recognized that the doll does not look like her, but her favorite mytwinn catalog. Not only that, but the website makes it appear that you receive the doll and also the dress for both for $149.00 which is not the case at all. I want this doll replaced with a twin of my granddaughter and feel Mytwin should pay for their mistake especially in thinking every dark skinned child looks alike.
