Unauthorize transaction

I went to my bank to find that my account was overdrawn $69.95, I ask the bank about this transaction and was told that it was a forced transaction, I informed the bank that this was an unauthorized transaction and I did not know anything about it. I filed a complaint with my bank. We also tried to call this so called Consumer Advance Credit without any luck. I am going to pursue this as far as I can take it. These people are not going to get away with taking people's money.
