I had an experience at the cutler ridge store in fl, after purchasing an item in the garden dept, i could hardly find anyone to help me after finding hulio which i believe is the best associate in home depot to help me after we were through i couldn't help but notice the disgruntlement of the associates upon investigating so as not to pass wrong judgement i came to find out that the assist manger leo and the dept head freddy g are on her case because of her having knowledge of sexual relations between the assist mngr & half of the female staff of that branch thus bringing his buddy freddy g into it, all i have to say is if the managers keep doing these things & things thinking they can get away with it just imagine what the associates will do & think they can get away with & to make matters worse when associates talk with human resources it goes right back to the managers thus causing managers to turn on associates causing associates to be very unhappy & digruntled towards customers it's a shame, the managers from the top need to start looking into these issues b4 it escalates.
