The girls next to me, left there window and door open in the dead of winter. I reported this to the managment days befor the waterline broke. My apartment flooded and my daughter and myself became very ill, do to mold. They came into my apartment while a minor was a sleep in the apartment. They called me and stated that this was a emergency situation and they could not wait time i got there to talk to the mold inspectore? I was at wal-mart, minutes away. The man stated that it smelled musty and mildew. They wanted to put 5 people into a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. They wouldnt put me in another apartmentof the same size or equal size. They kept my deposit and they called me, stated they where going to let me out of my lease, instead they turned around and sent my lease to a collection comany in aurora, co. Postal carrier held on to my mail and gave it to the manager, they stated i still lived there? I turned in my change of address. I am still missing my mail! I will be going to court on jan 13 at 2:00 in el paso count court. Join me there for the trial.
