I ordered Nash Bridges DVD as a christmas present i never received it and they took the money out of my account

I ordered the Nash BRidges DVD set as a christmas present - they charged me shipping and handling on top of the product! I have not received my order nor does the company have a phone number - they took the money out of my bank account and i want it put back. This company is a scam and i hope they get what they deserve for scamming innovent peoole during the holiday season. They are SCUMBAGS and should be FINED and PUNISHED to the fullest extent of the LAW
