WU YEI TEA They will not cancel my order

I have tried to cancel this order 3 times and they will not cancel it. They keep charging my account for the $19.95 per month. They tell me they are going to subtract it from my account but they never do and each month there is another charge. I sent back the tea right away, due to the fact that I could not use it because of the caffeine factor. They received the returned order and acknowledged it but they are still monthly charging my account for the $19.95. Something needs to be done.
