They took out money 3 times from my account. {unauthorized by me! }

I wanted to use and pay for geneaology.com. Somehow I ended up with inteligator.com. Being a reasonably computer user, I did enter my banking info. {dumb} for then to take out $22.99 for use of their info. Then they asked for an additional $4.94 for extra searches. Needless to say, I was very upset when I couldn't get any info.in my searches for birth/death certificates, etc. I did contact them about returning the funds back into my account, and was told in not so many words, no. Then again today, there is another charge pending for the 28th of Dec., for yet another $19.95. I am 66 years old, on social security, and have no other income, at all. All I wanted to do was to start a Family tree! These people keep taking $ out of my acct. Has forced me to have to close my account. I'm almost afraid to check my bank balance daily for fear that they will bleed me dry. Can you help me resolve this? Please!!!
