Took funds out of my checking account. I don't know what if anytjing I bought from them

I was checking my bank account today and found a charge from clkbank, I have no idea who or what they are. I don't remember any down lods that I got from them. I went on line to find out what or who and of course all reps are busy try again later. I am going to try the phone number that I found on my bank, I want to get my money back.
