Ignored Complaints About In-Game Content and Rude Users in World of Warcraft

I am sick and tired of Blizzard not addressing complaints about the in game content on World of Warcraft. They repeatedly ignore user complaints and users are rude and vulgar and although the tos covers this Blizzard does nothing about it.
