Account Suspended Over Alias, $14.99 Charge Not Refunded

In March I created a new account for the game World of Warcraft. In order for it not to be confused with my other account I used an alias for my name. This was my biggest mistake ever because in March they did not specifically warn you to use your real name when creating an account. I spent $50 on two cd keys for this account and they charged me $14.99 2 days before they suspended the account indefinitely on June 1st. I contacted them in good faith and told them I accidentally used an alias when creating the account and they have made my life hell ever since and refuse to refund me. The whole story is on my website www.blizzard stolemymoney.com thanks for the support.
