I got harassed by a player, then told my Secret Login Name and Password, then threatened that I would be Banned from World of Warcraft. I was and when I reported it I was told I violated policy and the person who did this was not in trouble and they refused to do anything about it other than basically, pay my money, be happy and shutup.

After 3 emails to their Accounts Management I gave up. It's not worth paying these people to snub their noses up at Paying Customers and treat them like they are not even worth giving them what they pay for.
