Have requested numerous times for information about charges to my credit acct. Nevere received anything! Still getting magazine I never ordered

I have for over 6months tried to resolve the issue of charges to my credit card to no avail. I just get the runaround from this company. I have asked them to send me a copy of a contract, and never got a thing. Answer always was "will send one to you tomorrow"!!!
I have contacted my credir card company and they are issuing me a new card. I have been a victim of fraud, and have lost a considerable amount of money. Also recieved a phamplet fromTrilegaint Corp. Asking me to fill out a form that will allow them to share my personal infomation with unaffiliated third parties so that they may send me special offers.
I sent an email to editor Rip off Report. They confirmed my feeling that they are indeed a company that uses personal information and I could end up with charges on my Credit Card that were never authorized.
