NSS MAGAZINE SUBSCRPTION - I have received a charge of $69 on 12/12 from this company. Not only I have not authorized the charge, the company also obtained my credit card information unlawfully. I have not provided this credit card information to NSS MAGAZINE SUBSCRPTION, nor provided my current address. If they were able to obtain this information without my consent, what else did they obtain? I think NSS Magazine subscription stolen a bunch of identities and is trying to profit through the charges hoping some of them would stick. Is there any law regulating personal information disclosure?
I have reported fraud to american express, and will try to talk to morning news about this. Again, what bothers me the most - how they got ahold of my personal information?
