They withdrew money from checking account I did not authorize

Contacted company about unauthorized charge. Was advised they would cancel "membership" though not give refund. When I inquired what service they are providing and how did they get authorization? I was advised that I applied for a loan though they could not tell me what loan and that I authorized payment as part of the application process.

I will be going to my bank tomorrow to contest this charge. I will go to BBB as well. This is stealing outright and very deceptive practice if in fact they even have a legal right to take my money for service not requested or received.
