I did my daily bank account checking. When I came across a check that had been processed for $19.93. I opened up the copy to view it, found this company on the memo line: clipcouponCS.com 866-356-6906

There was an unauthorized check processed thru my bank (Chase). Chk #21054 Date: 1/21. Memo Line shows: ClipcouponCS.com 1-866-356-6906 and 5 X's showing the last 4digits of my Social Security number!!! Check for $19.93 and says "Authorized by your customer, NO signature Required"
I"m going to my bank tomorrow. Please take the time to fill out this report if the same has happened to you, I think it's helpful to be able to show our banks that others have had the same thing happen to them.
