An ebay seller circumvents ebay's 45 day filing period for disputes.ca Attorney general's Office has given ebay a free pass as they will not entertain any complaint against ebay.

I lost $135 and neither ebay or the seller will respond to my complaint the seller is a big time watch seller operating out of a PO box in CA.

Phone calls to ebay resulted in their statement that they ahve no responsibility to accept a dispute after their 45 day period has lapsed.

The sller has implemented a clever way of protracting resoltion of a problem so that the 45 day period lapses.

The CA Attorney General's Office ignores repeated contacts seeking a resolution.

Ebay is God damnable scum bag company free to operate with impunity and in turn their scum bag sellers.
