I placed my order on Dec. 14th. On Dec. 15th I checked "MY ACCOUNT". They charged me and I got Nothing!

I placed my order and checked the next day (DEC. 15th) to find out the status. It showed my card had been charged. I called the support line and it was a recording of there hours.
The next day the sight said "under construction" and it still does.
The phone support line no says they can't take any orders (recording).
I've set 3 emails to there support email address and no response.
This is terrible for a person on a fixed income to be ripped off this way!
