Placeed an order for $311.00 on December 7 and monies were taken that day from our account. Usually we receive an email when order is shipped but when we didn't I called and the recording states "unable to take orders due to technical difficulties" tried to email but website is down. CD2U aka Cigarettes Direct websites stating technical difficulties also. Filing a consumer complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General, printed complaint form off line. I f you've been ripped off also please file a complaint.
