They have been charging my credit card for 7 months $19.99 a month and everymonth I dispute the charge but even citibank won't do anything. I don't even know what this company is

Privacym started showing up on my CitiBank card about 7 months ago.
I dont have any idea what or who this company is so I have to dispute the
charge every month. No one seems to get it to stop! Who are these people
