Lost Home After Fiancee's Estate Loan and Deed Change

My fiancee and I were planning on getting married February 2. We purchased a 1998 doublewide and 5 acres of land. I have 2 daughters, one of whom is disabled. Finally we all had a place we could call home: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished. Then my fiancee was killed September 8, 1998, in a trucking accident. We had given each other rights of survivorship, joint tenants in common. We had insurance, etc.

I was one of the executors of the estate, and my fiancee's sister was the other, but the clerk over the estates was not cooperative. I put $383,000.00 in the estate in insurance, but instead of coming to me it went to the brothers and sisters, because he was killed before the will was signed. My fiancee had 3 other loans, and I got Citifinancial to give me a loan to cover the $67,000.00 I had to borrow to settle the estate, which I thought would be paid off once the insurance came in. It didn't. All the money was given to the brothers and sisters.

Then I was given notice from Citifinancial that I was 14 months behind, when I thought by now the estate should have paid it off, but it hadn't. So I contacted another loan company who was working with Citifinancial. My mother, who was 70 at the time, and I were going to get a loan to take care of the arrearages. Well, I backed out of the new loan, but the officer came to my mom's house, told her I still wanted the loan, and said they got her permission to sign my name on another deed, taking my right of survivorship off and putting it in my mother's name and mine. As soon as I found out, I told the same lawyer that did the deed to change it back, because I was out of town at the last signing and gave no one permission to sign a new deed. As long as I had right of survivorship, the estate had to pay and Citifinancial couldn't foreclose on the house. Well, they didn't fix it right, and they took the only home we ever had. Now someone else is living in it.

It makes me really sick to ride by and think of how much this man loved me and all the sweat, etc., we put into fixing this house into a home. It has been 5 years now, and I have notified the banking commission, the attorney general and several others about this, because until now I wasn't made aware of who to contact. Yes, they are crooks from the courts on down to the last loan officer, but my last breath will be taken fighting them and hopefully putting them out of business. My credit is ruined. The ones involved own new finance companies, and they made sure they had new roofs over their heads, but me, I can hardly rent anymore. I hope President Obama reads this and checks it out, or his task force.

I want my house and land back first, then we will talk money. The innocent people that bought my house through foreclosure should be set up also in a home. Stand your ground until it is once yours again. Don't give up. I won't.
