Ripoff when you pay in full with delivery, they keep your merchandise ripoff Buckhead

The store in Duluth, Georgia offers awful customer service. I paid for my merchandise in 02. Here it is April and they still won't deliver my furniture! This is not the first I have heard of this. They say you live and learn! Well, I say don't be a fool and give your money away to American Signature Furniture. The game they run is to tell you that your invoice has been faxed to a store that is on the opposite side of where the furniture is to be delivered.

When you try to reschedule they give you the run around. They also will tell you that you are not in the computer and they have no recollection of your account! After eight weeks of beating around the bush, I have to follow up with legal action. They will insult you and offer you USED floor merchandise! I was also told if I was not present for my assigned delivery date, I would not get my furniture!

Be smart and don't give your money to such an unprofessional company that rips people off and obviously does not belive in good service towards paying customers!
