This company sold me a patched up couch. And will not come back to pick up the couch

American Signature Furniture in Lithonia Georgia is selling furniture that is torn and busted. When I ask them to replace the furniture they said that we had the right inspect the furniture.

I told them that they should have inspected the furniture before they shipped it out.

They will not reimburse me or pick up the furniture from me.
