Just openned a new account two weeks ago, the district manager just band us from the store

We receive a phone call from rent-a-center employee Michelle. Michelle informed us we get $50 towards a rental that gives us 2 weeks free we qualified for no money down. We went to the store she was not there but someone else helped us. As we filed out the application I requested a new mini laptop. We were told it will be. We forgot one document and we informed him we did. He still approved our application as long as we go home and get the document. We double check is that all we need cause we are coming right back, he agreed that's all you need. My husband gets the document and leaves to get our laptop. They call saying we can't get the laptop cause our references aren't answering the phone. I explain he didn't tell us that my husband is on his way, finally one does answer and we pay an extra week. As my husband brings the laptop home, its used and getting ready to crash. We call for a new one it will take a week. After Thanksgiving we get harassing phone call at least 5 times day saying we need to make a payment and we are 4 days late. We made a payment on line called Michelle back gave her payment info. Every hour someone called about our payment late and it didn't post that whole weekend. On our new laptop is here and we need to pick it. Our payment didn't post I gave them more payment info as my husband left to get new laptop. I get an upsetting phone call from my husband saying they ganged up on him and the store manager was rude and with force snatched the laptop and told him that our payment is late and we don't get it back. He tells my husband to go to our bank and get our statement we paid it. My husband came back the store manager told him that we are band from the store.
