Ripoff This company was 2 months late with the wrong order and didn't try to make ammends. Clear Water florida

I ordered some magnetic signs for a family member on Dec. 3rd for Christmas. They were promised by Dec. 17th. When it became apparent that they were not going to make it for the holiday I could not get through on the phone. My emails went unanswered for weeks. Finally in mid-January I got a package of signs that were the wrong sizes. NOT what I ordered. This guy Brian told me they were moving and 'his worker' had screwed everything up. Well he would not send me the right sizes so I reported him to PayPal. The next day Brian promised if I removed the complaint he would send the correct sizes AND refund my money. I removed the complaint and have yet to hear anything about my corrected signs and or refund. I figued a year is enough time to correct something like this. (can you feel the sarcasm).

Well steer clear of this Bozo. Have a great holiday and order from reputable sources. This guy/company is not!
