Alena... Never received refund after i returned product

I purchased a 70's Vintage Mohair Hippy Poncho (rainbow colored) for $78.00 from Miami Beach Vintage. The transaction went through my bank account on 11/03/08. I read the return policy before purchasing to make sure I could get a refund if I didn't like it. I returned the poncho but never received a refund!!!

I recently saw the SAME EXACT PONCHO being displayed for sale on TheFind.com for $88.00. I flagged it, but it was still up for display last time I checked.

Apparently the return policy has been changed since I purchased the poncho (there is now a restocking fee)

I still should have received a refund!!! Policy stated it when I bought it. I tried to contact the company several times by phone and email. I could never get a hold of anyone by phone... Alena finally responded from her personal email stating..."Please give order #. Sent a m/o refund since there was a problem with merchant services that day." I didn't receive an order number & I didn't receive" a refund. How hard could it have been to keep track of a rainbow colored vintage poncho... THERE WAS ONLY ONE!!! Tried to contact her several times regarding that&no response. My emails bounce back now.

I was twittered by the company recently... Not about my order... Apparently they forgot about that little act of "ripping off a customer". Tried to contact them again... No response.
