Sold me a defective piece of junk purse then lied to me over and over promising a replacement which never showed up. South 300 West Suite300

My name is Eileen my email address is. I would like the whole world to know what a rip off the Miche bag company is. They sell very expensive purses over $100.00 and outer shells that are magnetic some cost $45.00 each some cost $30.00 each. I bought one of these pieces of junk and the zipper ripped out of it. I could have done much better at Walmart! When I called there the first time I was told that there was no warranty. So I emailed customer service. I got a liar named Julie who assured me that my new bag was on its way. This was in October. It never showed up. SO I emailed her again and again. She said it was on back order but the back orders came in last week and yours is on the way that was just another one of her lies. It never showed up. Last week I called and spoke to Natalie. She told me it was ridiculous that they kept me waiting this long and because of this fact I could pick a free shell of my choice and they would send the shell with the replacement bag that night.
