I won 2 items at auction, gave my credit card information, and the seller has refused to charge my card, or send my items. It's been 11 full days now, and he avoids my calls, if I happen to catch him on the phone, he tells me lies about sending right away, or emailing me back.
The man is a LIAR and a scammer!
