Benson Mwangi Or Ben ripoff dishonest liar unethical Camera seller on e-bay nasty mean rude scam artist

Camera seller on e-bay. He didn't have the item to sell for the auction listed, and then sent a refurbished item and not new. Seller got mean and nasty after proof was presented to him that item was not as described. Told me to return the item for refund and then refused to issue it.

Seller got mean and nasty in e-mail correspondences and tried to lie every which way to get out of refunding me. Had to file a dispute with e-bay and paypal for refund, which I won. Even after seller lost the dispute, the nasty e-mails continued. I will also be filing a complaint against him for internet fraud.

Not only that, but seller also created multiple names on
e-bay to bid on own items to jack up prices or win auctions since he did not have the items on hand. Most of the names he created are no longer members of e-bay, but some still exist. The e-bay member name that exists with this e-mail address bmwangif6@yahoo.com is still working.
