Winning Tickets

On the 1st of Dec. I won Tickets to see Saun Paul on the 6th of Dec. The Radio Personality (UB Rodriguez) said someone would call me with more info. He also asked was I listining on line and I told him yes and he said that I would have to pick up my tickets on that Friday and said that was ok because I would be coming that weekend to Chicago on that day any ways. The next day someone call me and said that I was not in the listining zone so I couldn't win the tickets. I called back a lil later that day and she told me because I was listining on the internet, then I asked to speak to someone else and she transfered me to a Gennie. I left a message and have been calling since that Wensday and no call back a e-mail or nothing. I don't think thats fare I cant have the tickets because I don't live in the Chicago I was able to pick up the tickets and I should have been given the tickets or some kind of compinsation.
