Based on the Bottom Line Secrets' ad for "Treasury of Health Secrets NEW" "try it for 30 days, if you don't like it "just return it" and keep the addit'l booklets included in the shipment. If you (me) decide to keep it we will bill you after 30 days." I thought I couldn't go wrong! Ordered it/received it 3 weeks later.
About 7 days later, looked at the main book, decided it wasn't what I thought it was. I didn't find any special return instructions. Nov 10th advised Bottom Line Secrets (BLS) (via email/proof) "I am returning referrenced book. Is there anything I need to do other than add "my return to sender label"?
Nov 12th 2nd book came at 5pm; didn't order, didn't open it. I immedialty emailed them, explained my position, "expect credit" for both books. Also DO NOT send any more books or your "free" emails; consider account cancelled.
I was pretty angry & disturbed at the absence of business ethics the company blatently displays and the low-down tactics they use!
I hadn't heard re; my inquiry AND felt I could no longer trust them. I got both packages ready adding "Return to Sender" & "Return-Not Ordered". I took then to the Post Office without postage, they were passed for mailing early Nov 13th. Nov 14 finally a response: "within 7-10 days will receive postage paid RMA label & include copy of invoice for credit". Too late, was sent Nov13 due to 30day rule. BLS customer service personnel said "must be received before 12/1 or pay full $48.
Nov 26th-received bill for 1st book, Dec 3rd-received bill for 2nd (unordered) book. Coincidently the first invoice was issued Nov 27th the same day I explained to BLS how I felt about the whole fiasco and that I expect full credit! I have made my credit card company aware of what is going on. Boy did I go wrong!!!
I agreed to purchase one book, one time. I never agreed or even expressed interest in receiving any more ever again. As a matter of fact, I specifically requested multiple times that I not be sent your darned books anymore. Why were my requests ignored? Have a great day!
