Chgd 38.95 to my account w/o authorization.
No product has arrived. Also billed for

S/h of 2.95 or 3.95 initially. No one responds to membership cxlation. No one responds to my calls with a wait time of
25 min or more and then say will be taken care of in 10 days. This has not occurred at all. I have disputed the chg with my cc
company and they are aware of this dispute. I presently have a pending transaction and expect the money credited to my account in no less than 10 calender days. Which means you will not authorize fees for the amount of $38.95 for a product I have never received. It is unusual that you have chged others different amounts for this or other products
