Jerry Bender abandoned his daughter in May at that time she was 4 years old. He has had zero contact since then. Court order issued 3/01, Jerry has failed to pay in excess of $40,000 in child support, medical payments and day care expenses.
The wage garnishment order fails to work as everytime Jerry is found working a legal job, he flees.
Lived in Texas and Oklahoma for a number of years now. According to the IRS, he remarried in 2003.
