Grand Slam Promotions - Coast to Coast Auto Glass This job is all commision, not base plus commision like I was told

I worked in this deer park location for several days. The whole business is full of crap as I was lied to about pay, advancement and hours. Nobody makes any good money and the "bosses" are all scam artists. They do not care about you at all except how many things you can sell. I put in so many hours and was expecting my base salary and commision, but of course its all commision. After working with several people, I also found out the entire office sleeps with one another and theres absolutely no respect. They tell you that you can earn a 6 figure income with hard work. That is all bs. Its a totalitarian type business and the only way to move up is if you drink with the bosses or bow down to them. I felt bad for all the hard workers there who are just treated like pee-ons. If you get an email or call to go in for an interview, I would HIGHLY suggest againt it. Yopu will be very sorry
