In the contract that I have with onlineauctions.com, it was stated that I would receive an email confirming my registration. The $196.00 registration fee for "founding membership" was immediately taken from my bank account; but I still have not received this email.
Also, I am unable to access beyond the home page on the web site. Prior to registering, I was at least able to click on to the auctions. I get no response to emails sent. The date of my registeration is 11/12/09.
I would like to cancel my registration with this organization and receive a refund of $196.00; but I realize that I have been "HAD" by these people (James McAllister COO, and Chris Fain CEO) and probably will never see that money; however, it does not end here. There are several government agencies that are put in place to prosecute these special kind of crooks, and I fully intend to utilize the best of them to bring these shilarks to justice!
