I was told that I would receive an alternative registration package and never did. I paid my $99.00 registration fee but no paperwork

We entered our six (6) year old daughter into this pageant with the hopes of her being picked out of many... As all other parents and/or guardians. To my surprise she was picked... At least I thought she was hand-picked. However, I got in the mail an acceptance letter with a handwritten comment... We were so happy... We thought the company was LEGIT!!! I mean how many handwritten responses does one get out of thousands we ramped and raved.

We were sent a registration package that of course came with a fee ($99). We mailed payment back along with the registration packet. Soon after we received another packet informing us of the dates and time of when our daughter was suppose to arrive for this big event. Unfortunately she got sick and we had a family emergency. Thinking the company was legit... I hurriedly called the number provided... Spoke with a representative and was told that they clearly understood and this has happen several times before. I was told that I would receive another packet with a new date where we can bring our daughter out to try and win a contract.

Needless to say... We never received the letter, email, or phone call. Of course we did not get the $99.00 registration fee either. I call on a bi-weekly basis and NO ANSWER... I email and send comments via web... And still no response. I understand if the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE... But at least I could've received an alternative date so that she could have had her try on the runway... Even if it a scam. Kids... Especially our daughter love those kinds of things. I mean the fake me out trophies and tiara's would've made her happy... Geesh... Come on. We did pay $99.00 for at least that much!!!
