The extra mile

Went into the Guitar Center in Langhorne, PA to check out some new keyboards. Chris, one of the sales associates, went out of his way to disconnect the two that I was interested in from various displays and hook them up so I could try them out. He'd come back to check up on me now and then and was able to answer all of my questions. And after all that work, he didn't pressure me to buy anything that day. I told him I needed to think about it and he said to come in when I'm ready to buy. Will definitely be back!
