Smoke-51 smokeanywhere.com They "dissapeared" and stole my money PEMBROKE PARK

Hello. I, like MANY others, ordered a "free trail" of a smoke alternative. It clearly stated I had 7 days to try this product out. It was shipped on Oct. 28th, and I recieved it on Monday November 3rd, all of year 2009. That adds up to 6 days of shipping, and they took out 29.95 and 89.95 from my checking. SIX days after shipping. They took it out before I even got the product. I bounced 2 checks, it made me look irresponsible to my bank that I had just opened an account with not long ago. I am disabled, and have a monthly check of modest amount. I do not have a savings account. That is 120.00 I gave to them. I received a RMA number, and mailed it back to them. I have yet to see any money put back into my account. It was mailed on Nov. 9th, through UPS. I was sick with the H1N1 flu, had to drive out into freezing weather to be sure they got it and I have the tracking number from UPS.
I cant afford my medications. I have 28 dollars to live on until Dec. 3rd, and I have to cancel my doctors appointment because I have no gas in my automobile. I have no idea of what I am going to eat. I promised to pay a medical bill, and now cannot. I am looking at finding a ride to Catholic services to ask for food. I am still sick. I am going to call the Attorney General, and if I can, I am going to sue these thieves. They have dodged their website, and you cant get to them in any form. This is a platant ripoff, and I am so upset I cant sleep at night. Now, I have read that even if you send back the merchandise, they keep taking the 120.00 out, so now, I have to change my bank account number. Even my bank cant get to them to resolve my dispute. They have vanished with everybodies money, and I plan to sue them for financial hardship and stress and anxiety.
