They offered a 10.00 trial kit. I bought it and was charged immediately but never recieved the kit. Now they charge me $29.95 every month since Sept. They won't acknowlege all my cancel emails. Help

Smoke. 51.com offered a trial kit which I bought and never recieved. They don't acknowlege emails. Phone calls are recordings. You are not able to cancel, I have tried every way possible with no results. Since Sept 22'nd I have been charged $29.95 each month and still have not recieved the trial kit. Please help, I am on ss and was trying to save money.instead I'm being ripped off.
