Credit card charges

Smoke51 took 31 days to deliver my trial kit. Before i ever got the kit they charged my account 2x, once for $89.95 & a 2nd time for $29.95... Both x i recieved overdraft charges. When i finally spoke to someone from smoke51 i was told that in the agreement it was noted that after 30 days i would be charged these charges. My comment was what about the trial period. The answer was "we extended the trial period ". My answer to that was... Its not a trial period if u dont get to decide if u want the product before u are charged for refills. Thats the point of a TRIAL OFFER. Smoke51 did not comment on that answer.

It has been 30 days since they caused my first overdraft. I have not been able to use my account due to the overdraft & i can not close my account with a negative balance so i continue to get more overdraft charges. I have been unemployed for over 5 months & do not have the $ needed to pay the overdraft charges. I returned the trial kit with an R A # & sent it certified... Signature required. They recieved it 9 days ago... I have the reciept with a signature, however they do not have it in their system that it has been returned... What??? My account has still not been credited for the return. My bank is going to turn it over to collections... Someone please help me & the many others who are at the mercy of this rip-off company!!! Does any know if a class action suit has been filed? How can i start one???

bwracingteam@aol.com. I know that there are good people out there, will someone please step up and lend a hand. Its sicking to watch an underhanded outfit like this cause this much suffering to people. It seems we are at their mercy!
