Purchased g1 as Christmas gift and it could not be activated till 1/2/09
Called on 1/2 and was told it could take 24 hours called on 1/3/09 and after many calls and 3 hours on phone we decided to send phone back and not renew contract.
We were told by Kim (manager) grace period had expired and it was too bad.
Kim actually hung up on me. Why does grace period apply before phone can be activated Thank you Peggy Deve
